I chose this hotel to attend a town hall meeting and was pleased to find that it provides guests with a business center. The facilities were convenient and well-equipped, allowing me to work efficiently during my stay. The staff was also helpful in assisting with any business-related needs.
The lack of a 24-hour room service option was a minor inconvenience for my work schedule. It would have been helpful to have the flexibility of ordering meals or refreshments to my room at any time, especially during late night or early morning work sessions.

The room at La Casona Hostel was cozy and comfortable, giving off a homely vibe. It had all the necessary amenities to make my stay enjoyable, including free WiFi. As a backpacker, I felt right at home in this friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The only downside for me was the shared bathroom facilities. However, I understand others may still appreciate the communal aspect and find it enjoyable.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! It's super close to everything in the city center and the metro station, plus there's a supermarket and laundry just one block away. The staff here speak English and are always super helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the hot water in the shower was a jaw-dropping bonus. The breakfast was simple but very nice. Plus, there's almost a kitchen where you can cook. Can't ask for more!

I recently stayed at La Casona in Santiago for a few nights and had a great experience. The hostel's location is amazing, right next to a subway entrance and surrounded by bistros, bars, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, taking care of the dishes during breakfast. The rooms were clean and the shared bathrooms had a great guests per toilet/shower ratio. The included breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options such as toast, jam, cheese, ham.
Totally recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at La Casona. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with Rebecca at the reception even remembering our names throughout our three nights there. The room, while small, was comfortable and well-maintained, with a closet and daily housekeeping. The shared washroom, despite only having three rooms, was never a problem and we never had to wait to use it. The location of the hostel was the main reason we chose to stay there, as it was just a minute's walk from Bellas Arts metro station. The charming neighborhood added to the overall appeal of the place.
Nothing could have been better! 😊

Great value for money hostel with friendly staff and a 24-hour reception. Excellent location near Lastarria, Santa Lucia hill, and the historic center. - Peaceful and quiet at night despite being in the heart of the city. - Spacious and comfortable dorms with balconies. - Good breakfast considering the rates.
Felt like a true getaway, with nothing to complain about.

The hostel had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby grocery stores. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
There were some noise disturbances during the night caused by other guests. The Wi-Fi connection was also poor, requiring me to sit in the common area to use it.

Our stay at La Casona was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom. The location was unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a stone's throw away from the subway. The staff was friendly and always available to help.
The morning meal could use some improvement with a wider selection of options.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the shared bathrooms were always kept clean. The location was key, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of dining options. Plus, the hostel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The inconsistent service from the staff. While some were friendly and accommodating, others seemed less interested in helping guests.
